If the Customer dies or becomes mentally incapacitated Up Cedar Courier shall allow the Customer's personal representatives, nominee or lawfully appointed attorney to open the safe deposit box. Up Cedar Courier can allow opening of the box for the Customer's personal representatives, or attorney, provided that such persons produce satisfactory evidence, of being the legal representative of the deceased Customer, in accordance with laws of the United Arab Emirates
